The Mauritian - Malaysian - Singaporean Connection

This is a rather belated post. I've been busy being annoyingly poisoned the past week. And I'm still not completely cured. Bollocks. Well, just like that, another round of hols has come and gone. How has the hols treated me? Hmm. Emoing, listening to iPod, watching porn movies and dramas, listening to iPod, conversing with ghosts, getting my house stalked and broken into. The usual.

Things turned dramatically when a couple Mauritians crashed boring JB. One of em being Gary Lee Ching Ping Pong (sry still dunno wads yr real full name). He came all the way here just to sleep....

On those rare days he did decide to go out, we all went shopping (=.=), arcade

and to ride swings like lil kiddies

Other than that, it was blindminton, bumper cars and fantastic dinner at Reb's house, supper at mine, and nth else really. the week flew by. Thrs not much pix here cos Pooja already stuffed her memory card and our facebook walls with her thousands of snaps here there everywhere.

Results were astonishing to say the least. Completely unexpected. Glad that almost everyone did well. Almost. Finally found the right study plan. Seriously, 3 IDIOTS is possibly one of the most educational movies ever, despite its contrasting title. Actually teaches u HOW to study effectively, how to cherish friendships and family bonds, and how to overcome obstacles to achieve self-actualization. One thing that always bothered me though was how 30-40yr old actors could still portray students in Bollywood films......

Thk God dad didnt ruin my 'exam results' jubilation.
Me: I got my results today.
Dad: How'd u do?
Me: I got 3 HDs and um, 1 C.
Dad: C for????
Me: Finance (mentally preparing speech abt how the lecturer really sucked...)
Dad: Oh okay well u got 3 other HDs so nvm. Good Job.
I'm like okayyyyyyyyy. Cool.

Next sem is gonna be different. And I'm not just talking study-wise. Time to achieve my own self-actualization. MY.

Current mood: Happy like nobody's biz, altho im pretty sure its gonna change soon. lol.
